The entire production area has a rain water collection and storage system which feeds into the calciner. Collected sludges are recycled. All materials received will be converted into saleable products, no waste is produced by the facility.

All stored materials are identified with MSDS (material safety data sheets) and lot numbers. Prior to delivery, all materials are laboratory tested and subject to Federal EPA leach test (TCLP) and up to date MSDS sheets. All materials are subject to approval from the Pennsylvania DEP under a Form U, unless processed as co-products.
